What is semiconductor PKG processing?
A semiconductor circuit must be protected from the external environment. It must be well placed and connected where necessary as a component of an electronic device. For this,
“processing to appropriately protect the semiconductor chip and shape for the device it will be built in” is necessary and we call this, PKG processing.
